India BYPL installed solar microgrids

(Asia-Pacific): Indian distribution power company BSES Yamuna Power Ltd (BYPL) has installed four rooftop solar based microgrids with lithium-ion batteries energy storage systems in New Delhi, India.

The solar plants have capacities between 5KW and 7KW while the energy battery storage varies between 7KWh and 10KWh. The power generated will be added to the national grid which potentially would reduce electricity costs.
