Nine new members have joined Hyperledger
(Global): Hyperledger has added new nine members to its blockchain community and includes first Malaysian and Saudi Arabian general members, which will strengthen the support for Hyperledger worldwide. The new community members include Quant Network, Altavoz, Limar Global, Flowchain, PeerNova, Inc., Silicon Valley Bank, Securitize and ReGov Technologies Sdn. Bhd.
Huawei Mate X passed CE certification
(Asia Pacific): The first CE (certification mark that indicates conformity with health, safety, and environmental protection standards for products sold within the European Economic Area (EEA)) RED (Radio Equipment Directive) certificate is issued by TUV Rheinland to the 5G mobile phone of Huawei. The 5G mobile phone received the certificate by fulfilling the requirements regarding electromagnetic compatibility, RoHs, radio frequency, environmental protection and safety. The certificate is compulsory for getting into the European market.
Thailand to continue work with Huawei
(Asia Pacific): Thailand keeps moving forward with Huawei equipment. The company is now building and testing the 5G infrastructure in the country. Due to better offer prices, Thailand is going ahead with Huawei despite the pressure from the US government.
