China to use satellites to curbing steel overcapacity

4 April 2019 China to use satellite remote sensing for curbing overcapacity in steel (Asia Pacific): China plans to inspect Hebei and Tianjin regions to stop non-regulated steel production, according to the country’s Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. The country will also use satellite remote sensing to get information about unwanted steel production.
