Consultation and Scoping
This is our first stage and we do not charge at this stage. At this stage, we will closely interact with you to establish the project’s requirements. On the basis of our interactions, we will prepare a research proposal in which we will propose the scope of work. It will also include methodology, project plan and estimated costs.

Research and Consulting
After commissioning we start working on the project and will keep you updated about the progress. We will conduct desk research and field research (if necessary). At this stage we will use various methods for market assessment and forecasts. We will make sure that all our analyses are robust.

Draft Report
On the basis of our robust findings we will start write up. Our editorial and quality control team will go through the draft report before submission. After submission, we will wait for your feedback, upon which we will issue the final report.

Submission
We usually present our findings in power point presentation. The analyses are usually supported by maps, graphs, flow charts and tables. The report will also be supported by Excel spreadsheet data and models.
